  4. Learning Objective By the end of this training you will be able to define and describe the “Rotating Trio Role-Play” and when to use it.

  5. When Do You Use “Rotating Trio Role-Play?” When you need a safe environment to practice skills related to: • Attitude • Counseling Skills • Problem Solving

  6. Defining “Rotating Trio Role-Play” • 3 trainees • 3 different rounds – same or different scenarios • 3 rotating roles – two actors and one observer

  7. Demonstration LEARNING OBJECTIVE - Develop Active Listening Skills Scenario – Angry Customer at Front-Desk with issues about their property taxes.

  8. Activity At your tables, take 4 minutes to brainstorm on other skills that could be practiced using “Rotating Trio Role-Play.”

  9. Ideas to Take Away Rotating Trio Role-Play is good for practicing skills related to attitude, counseling skills and problem solving. Role-Play provides a safe environment for practicing skills for difficult situations.
