  6. Zutaten: 500 gr Mehl 250gr Butter 2 Eier 120 gr Zucker Vanillezucker • Zutaten in eine Schüssel geben und alles zusammen kneten  Teig

  7. die Plätzchen ausstechen und auf ein Blech mit Backpapier legen • dann die Plätzchen in den Ofen schieben und bei 180 Grad backen bis sie goldgelb sind

  8. … wenn die Plätzchen fertig gebacken sind, abkühlen lassen und dann… … die Plätzchen dekorieren. Mit Zuckerguss, bunten Streuseln, Schokolade, Marmelade uvm.
