  2. 2018-2019 Objectives 2019-2020 Objectives 10 year Objective Annual General Meeting 1st September 2019 Chairman’s Report Maintain both adult & junior membership - numbers dropped but we mostly lost people who didn’t shoot regularly Development coaching within club - improvement in classifications and 252 awards Maintain both adult & junior membership - Retention & Improvements Development coaching within club – encourage progress on the personal development plans Covered shooting range

Promoting New Membership Continuing with Taster Sessions, Beginner Lessons, Open Day next year Classifications

Beginner Lessons: £60 for 4 lessons , with “new members welcome session” after the course Annual General Meeting 1st September 2019 Proposed Annual Fees Full Adult Membership Fee: £90 per annum (can use range whenever, subject to assessment) Full Junior Membership Fee: £45 per annum (can use range whenever with 2 adult members, subject to assessment)

  6. Target Days Any shooting session held at the club ground where at least two members are present can be classed as a club Target Day. Score sheets submitted to the club Records Officer must have been checked and signed off by another club member. Scores to be emailed to records officer Classification badges awarded for anyone reaching a higher grade. Club Handicap League Individual handicap shoots* Will use metric or imperial rounds rounds* Awards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places *Update as per Rules of Shooting Annual General Meeting 1st September 2019 Target Days and Club Competition 252 Scheme
