  3. 18th February 2010: TOP Monitoring Comitee meeting thefirst mention tothe European Comission, JASPERS Positivresponsefromthereport of the MC from Axel HÖRHAGER.

  4. March - October 2010: analysing of theinsertion, matchinginthe TOP 2007-2013 “By 2050, move close to zero fatalities in road transport” and “halving road casualties by 2020” are among the objectives of the EUWhite Paper COM (2011) 144 entitled “Roadmap to a Single European Transport Area – Towards a competitive and resource efficienttransport system” and dated on 28 March 2011. The projects are characterized by efficiency, as they often takes very little expense to achieve significant results in the prevention ofaccidents by way of special interventions based on accident data analysis.

March - October 2010: analysing of theinsertion, matchinginthe TOP 2007-2013 We have elaborated several programme proposals for reaching theoverall strategic objectives of the TOP (accessibility, improving roadsafety, making public transport more attractive and environmentallyfriendlytransport). In our opinion traffic safety measures should have priority in trafficdevelopments. We believe that we have to interfere whereaccidents can be prevented and human lives can be saved. Beyond the strategic objectives the safety and the importance ofaccident prevention is mentioned a total of 36 times in the OperationalProgramme.

November 2010: AnnualReview Meeting (ARM) Presentation, for DG Regio and JASPERS the project proposals: • plannedinterventionsat accident accumulation spots (so-called black spots), • safety equipment, • planned safety improvement interventions atpedestrian crossings, • protection of objects (bridges), • prevention of wildlifecrossing and roadkill, • installation of energy-absobingcushions, • safetydevelopmentsatlevel crossings on road and rail, • diagnostic and monitoring equipment, etc lowexpenses, efficiency, developmentsspecificallytoimprovetrafficsafety

  7. 28. March – 6. April 2011: negotiationwith NDM, DeputySecretary of StateofTransport Zoltán Schváb grantedtheirprofessionalapproval, support
