  3. Objectives To promote the college education to the needy poor particularly rural based and provide educational opportunity to students who passed out from Govt. Schools with good academic performance.

  4. Pledge from Patrons “Having taken a pledge to spread the new message,We will build a new organization and make a new history. We are the creators of a new age and we want the nation to progress.We are fully focused and dedicated to our work.We are skilled and take pride in our work. We are here to remove disparity and uplift the poor.We shall offer solace to victims of sorrow.We will always remember our pledge. We will not be distracted from our path of progress and we will preserve our tradition.With enthusiasm and without any feeling of anxiety, we will continue to progress further”

Current status • Registration of the NF completed on 7th Oct’09. • Bank : Canara Bank, Madiwala A/c no. 1074101107081 • PAN no allotted : AAAAN7943C • Web site http://www.nisvartha.org is operational • 29 individuals joined as Patrons, 7 associate members , 5 donors and 3 sponsor. • Submitted the request to IT commissioner for 12A and 80G exemption. • Distributed study materials to 26 students of SSLC, Library copies for 2 schools, one student of I PUC (PCMB) & one 1st semester Diploma (CS) student.

  7. Student Selection Criteria • The foundation will identify the Government schools. • Short list the students based on the academic performance of current year and last two years. • Co-ordinate with the head of school and identify poor students among the shortlisted students. • Visit student residence and take their consent. • Selected to students to submit the application for seeking the NF support. • Shortlisted students will be mentored by providing books, stationary and work with school staff to provide extended support to NF students. • Shortlisted students need to ensure they maintain good academic performance to seek the NF support.

  8. Support activities. • Upon receiving the final exam result the students will be provided the list potential colleges. • Students to submit application to college. • On notification from college for admission the foundation will remit the admission and tuition fee to college. • Providing the annual fees, text books, note books, stationary, bus pass, exam fees, etc., • To support hostel expenses for students who have to continue their education outside the native place.

  9. Role of Patrons • Each Patron can nominate to Managing Committee to work honorarily. • Promoting the foundation activities to individuals / organisations so they can join and support the foundation. • Each Patron is permanent invitee for the MC meetings. • The Patrons to contribute a sum of Rs.50,000/- & above.

Financials. • Patron : Rs. 50,000/- and above • Associate Member : Rs. 10,000/- and above • Sponsor : Contributions to specific streams of course like engineering/medical / Law, sponsoring books, etc • Donor : All individuals /institutions. • The donations collected will be transferred as fixed deposit • and the interest generated will be used to fund the students. • The foundation is operating at 0% administration cost; • all the administrative expenses are borne by the patrons.

  11. Road ahead • Provide Text books and study material kit to BCom - 2students, ICWA 1 each. • Invite more individuals to participate in the foundation as Patrons/Associate member/sponsors/donors. • Identification of colleges for NF students
