  2. Black Spider Monkey The Black Spider monkey is found in eastern South America and is seriously under threat. They are one of the seven species of spider monkeys in Latin America and lives near the banks of the river Amazon.

  3. Jaguar Jaguars are well known for, sadly, the wrong reasons. They are facing extinction for a number of reasons including skinning. They are formidable predators and eat prey like deer, fish and small birds. They are the largest cats of the America also. This is a Jaguar. They are seriously threatened. There are only a number of jaguars in the wild.

  4. Puma Pumas are one of the most widespread American cats. They are found in all of South America and western North America. They have more common names than any other animal in the world. They live in a lot of habitats from deserts to rainforests like the Amazon. The Puma is stable but is declining.
