Chinese tech giant reveals Dubai as the best gulf city As per dubai latest news, a recent survey conducted by Chinese Tech Company Huawei the city has emerged as the best in the entire gulf area .The city has scored high on all parameters, however, it has been exceptional in its strategy and execution and that is the reason why it has been granted this honor. Huawei conducted this survey in collaboration with research agency Navigant and as per their findings Dubai has a very clear vision and uses its strategies well to achieve that. As per the company this survey studied minutely the roadmap of around 1000 services and 100 initiatives. By September this year, the survey had been able to document around 500 current and 150 future services some of which are already operational. The capital of United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi proved to be a strong competition and came a close second. The third position was bagged by another well-established city of gulf area the capital of Qatar, Doha. Kuwait lost out in this race and could only bag the last position i.e no 10 in this ranking. From 16th October 2016 Dubai World Trade Centre will be hosting the GITEX TECHNOLOGY WEEK and most major IT giants are going to be a part of this unique show.4000 global companies which include 400 start-ups will showcase their offering to the entire world. In the form of mentor sessions, all start-ups will present their case studies to live audiences and hence expand their horizons. What makes this event more interesting is that all participants can take part in a chance to win $160000 through the Strut up competitions. Huawei has become the Exclusive ICT transformation partner for the entire event.
