  3. What do you enjoy most about thriller films?

  4. the most popular sub-genre of thriller is the mystery thriller. • the suspense of the films is what keeps the audience watching until the end of the film. • The audience prefer to watch a thriller with a complex narrative. • a lot of small events leading to one big event interest the audience.

  5. Why did we do it? • People are more honest when they’re asked face to face • To get proof that we can relate back to. • People can go into more detail.

  7. What did we find out? • Interviewed 4 teenagers • Target audience is teenagers • Most popular sub-genre: Mystery • Most popular narrative: Complex • Most popular type of events: Small events LEADING TO ONE BIG EVENT • Interview gave us an honest approach

  8. Why make a group blog? • To update • Show what research we were doing at that moment in time • To make a public poll • People can comment on what were doing with ideas on how to develop them. Why we did it

  9. We made a poll to see what the most popular thriller sub-genre was • Our results show that ‘Psychological’ was the most popular with 82% of the votes
