TCM Sensor Processing Description Ongoing Efforts • Advise DCGS-A Mobile Basic Operational Engineering Cell • Advise DCGS-A V3.1 User Characterization Event • Advise support to OIF/OEF deployment of DCGS-A • Liaison to TCM Air Sensors, TCM Ground Sensors, NISTIO, JI-CTC, CECOM, RDD, G9 Special Projects • Weekly VTC planning meetings with PM-DCGS-A, NSTIO, NSA, MNC-I, INSCOM, ACO, G2, OIF, OEF, HOA, GISA TCM Sensor Processing is the user advocate and counterpart to the Project Manager DCGS-A, and other materiel developers for selected major acquisition programs, and ensures the vertical and horizontal integration and synchronization of DOTMLPF capability requirements of all activities associated with Current and Future Force sensor processing capabilities and programs. The approach is based on standards and the harmonization of metadata across enterprises. Core Functions • Address interoperability from 3 primary perspectives: • Operational - Development and demonstration of concepts of employment (CONEMP) and tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP) • Architectural - Development of procedures and technology for sharing ISR data and information • Technical- Definition and development of key • data formats and protocols for the various sensor and • data types
