  3. 회전축・MR취구방법 2. M/Seal단품 재현시험 （1） 시험조건 ＜M/Seal단품이음재현시험기＞ ・시험기：M/Seal단품이음시험기 ・회전수：0～2000ｒｐｍ ・온도：40～100℃ ・압력：대기압 ・시험액：HMC순정LLC 50％　 （2） 시험결과 이음의 발생영역（　　　　）과 기본 주파수 （単位：Hz) 40℃ 60℃ 80℃ 100℃ 온도 회전수 0ｒｐｍ 200ｒｐｍ 400ｒｐｍ 전 구간 이음 없음 600ｒｐｍ 800ｒｐｍ 1000ｒｐｍ 2000ｒｐｍ M/Seal단품 재현시험에서는 이음이 재현되지 않음.

  4. 2. M/Seal단품 재현시험 （3）주파수 분석결과（600ｒｐｍ에서의 대표 예） 주파수 분석 40℃、600 ｒｐｍ 60℃、600ｒｐｍ 이음 없음 이음 없음 80℃、600 ｒｐｍ 100℃、600ｒｐｍ 이음 없음 이음 없음

  5. 3. 결론 재현시험결과 M/Seal의 이음 재현시험에서는 이음이 재현되지 않고, 현품조사（NEK보고서 QCR-0729)에서도 특이사항은 확인되지 않았으므로, Field에서 발생한 이음원인을 규명하지는 못하였 습니다. 또한, WP재현시험에서도 이음이 재현되지 않은 것으로부터, 시장에서의 실차 이음은 WP이외의 이음으로도 생각되므로, 타 부품에 대해서도 조사 부탁 드립니다.
