  2. THE MAIN REASON FACILITATE - The facilitation of international trade is a goal for the Government and a necessary service for the companies.

  3. FACILITATION - SIMPLIFICATION • Gov. Act for Simplification (27 January 2012) • Reduce bureaucracy • Speed up procedures • Abolition of unnecessary rules

FACILITATION • COSTS REDUCTION –(Hidden costs of international transactions, HCIT) more than 20 administrations (departments, agencies and various entities) responsible for releasing more than 100 authorizations (including permits, licenses, declarations, clearance, etc..)! • MORE COMPETITION • Less Bureaucracy • More efficiency • MORE ATTRACTIVENESS FOR FDI • LESS DELOCALIZATION
