ETS2 Bulletin/MOU • Bulletin • Appeared in the Federal Register on January 25 • Directs agencies to execute an MOU with GSA by March30 • MOU • Template available later today • Identifies agency leaders for the transition • Senior Executive Champion • Transition Manager • Identifies high-level transition milestones • Task Order awarded, negotiated and executed • ETS2 configuration, data load and integration complete • Initial launch (roll-out) of ETS2 begins to end-users • ETS2 is fully deployed (no new ETS transactions) February 15, 2012 - For Government Use Only - Do Not Distribute

Task Order Boot Camps • Pre-Award • Conducted on Jan 27 and Feb 3 • 23 agencies and 80+ participants • DHS, DOC, DOI, DOL, DOS, DOT, EPA, HHS, IRA, NASA, NRC, NSF, SSA, Treas-BPD, Treas-IRS, USAID, VA • BLS, EEOC, FTC, MCC, PBGC, USHMM • Very positive feedback • Collected Q&A; Will be posting to Interact • Next Boot Camp - March 28; please RSVP webinar or in person • Post-Award • Will schedule as award approaches • Will offer “additive” and “comprehensive” versions February 15, 2012 - For Government Use Only - Do Not Distribute

SWAT Tips • Don’t restate the requirements from the ETS2 RFP • Make reference to the mandatory requirements in the master contract • Be clear in stating agency-specific requirements • Example: If your agency needs a document number to be structured a certain way, provide an example of that structure • Remember --- anything beyond the master contract requirements adds cost and complexity to the services • ETS2 is a commercial buy, not a GOTS product • Any delays increase risk of ETS1 Extension costs February 15, 2012 - For Government Use Only - Do Not Distribute
