  3. Define library outcomes in the context of institutional mission. • Determine levels of success from a department level to the “big picture.” • Data organization and centralization • Create accountability guidelines. Assessment . as “Measurement”

  4. Assessment • Define performance indicators. • Identify frequency of data collection: weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually. • Provide sessions presenting: • Comparison of peer universities • Data trends over the years . as “Comparison”
