  5. Various Addressing Formats Lois Schaalje I don’t know her address but her husband’s name is Bruce Schaalje. She’s LDS and I think is going to BYU so they probably live near there. They drive a blue and brown station wagon. They have a son named Jared. They’re probably in the phone book and their address will be there. If you can’t find it, send this back. Provo UT USA

  8. USPS and Industry Joint Plan • Identify schools with acceptable address format • Get student volunteers to fill out COA’s • Submit to Memphis • All forwards go through Memphis • Identify where changes originate (PARS, Fast Forward, NCOA, etc.)
