  3. These practical exercises are designed to give you some practice classifying important concepts in Interpersonal Influence. Given a situation, ANALYZE the behavior of leaders and subordinates in terms of the bases of social power. This analysis should include answers to the following questions: A. Bases of social power What bases of social power does the leader have and how do they affect the leader's ability to influence subordinate behavior? B.
