  9. Leadership and Expertise “Expertise comes only to the full when they optimal conditions are present. Therefore, we need leadership to provide and maintain such conditions. Expertise may in certain circumstances, be limited in the sense that it does, what it is good at, but not necessarily the things that are needed. Therefore we need leadership to ensure that the expertise is dealing with the right thing” leifballe@gmail.com
