WP1: Coordination of the Project Status: Ongoing Work Package Leader: UoB Aim: To coordinate the Everywhere Project through a range of administrative, technical, and communication tasks Deliverables: • Administration and financial manual • Intermediate technical and financial report • Final technical and financial report

WP1: Coordination of the Project Progress and Questions • Set up of management and PSC • Organisation and hosting of PSC meetings in Madrid and Brighton • Additional amendment planning meetings in Madrid, Brighton, and Paris • Change in main beneficiary (amendment to grant agreement) and withdrawal of FT, COGAM, Larnaca • Revised signed contracts between the coordinator and each partner • Elaboration, revision, & distribution of an administrative and financial manual • Regular progress meetings via skype/phone with all partners • Produced a revised project working plan (timetable) • Interim report submitted

WP2: Dissemination Status: Ongoing Work Package Leader: UoB Aim: To disseminate project results to range of European stakeholders including: general public (MSM), clients/owners/ employees of venues & businesses connected to gay communities , NGOs, academic institutions and relevant public bodies Deliverables: • International dissemination plan • Everywhere project website • 2 peer reviewed articles - Underway • 3 international conference presentations

WP2: Dissemination Progress and Questions • International Dissemination plan • Oral/poster presentations at Conferences in Italy, South Africa, Lithuania, Spain, and Germany • Everywhere poster/flyer, complement slip, & bookmark produced • Started first peer reviewed article • Everywhere logo, design developed - website live

WP2: Dissemination Partner responsibilities in each country • Project to be presented at one local/national seminar or conference • 3 articles/reports/news items etc to be published in local/national media (e.g. magazines, journals, press) BUT of course - Any other project dissemination strongly encouraged! AND • All dissemination activities to be communicated to UoB for monitoring • Useful dissemination activities have already happened and our thanks to all partners who started to do this.

  7. WP3: Evaluation of the project Status: Ongoing Work Package Leader: UoB Aim: To monitor and evaluate the Everywhere project in its entirely using a continuous and final evaluation plan. Deliverables: • Continuous and final evaluation plan • Final evaluation report

WP3: Evaluation of the project Progress and questions • Continuous and Final Evaluation Plan developed • Monthly progress meetings with partners in place • Baseline data from partners on key evaluation principles collected during Sept 09 Meeting • Recording and collating all relevant project documentation for analysis • Project feedback zone on website (discussion forum) • 2nd key evaluation point post Social Mediator Training, 3rd at January PSC and final key evaluation at International Dissemination Seminar in Madrid

WP4: Structures and practicesin HIV prevention work in partner countries Status: Complete Work Package Leader: Dirección General de Atención Primaria (DGAP) thenUniversity of Brighton (UoB) fromApril 09) Aim: Responsible for gaining a broad understanding of the structures and practices in place in HIV prevention work in the partner countries, and particularly those cities designated as ‘gay’ tourist destinations. Deliverables: • Operative scoping report on HIV prevention methodology in MSM

WP4: Structures and practicesin HIV prevention work in partner countries Progress and Questions • Data collected for scoping questionnaires • Analysis of material • Scoping report on HIV prevention methodology targeting MSM in 8 European cities developed and circulated • Peer reviewed scientific paper based on the findings of the Scoping Report underway (UoB/DGAP)

WP8: Elaboration and validation of the Everywhere Model Status: Not started Work Package Leader: UoB Aim: Responsible for testing and validating the Everywhere model (pilot action) with up to 140 European businesses being contacted, 30 of whom will be awarded the SR-HIV seal. Deliverables: • Database of businesses contacted who are certified with the SR-HIV seal. • Up to 140 Businesses in Europe directly contacted with 30 adopting the Everywhere action protocol to be certified as SR-HIV.

WP8: Elaboration and validation of the Everywhere Model Progress and Questions • The pilot action will start once the SR-HIV seal and protocol are finalised • There are also other prerequisite stages being developed that are essential for the pilot action e.g. • SM training event (Sept 09) • Interviews by SM with businesses completed (Nov 09) • Prevention materials and project promotion materials complete (Nov /Dec 09) • Everywhere Condoms and lube wallets • Leaflets (MSM and Businesses) • Everywhere bookmarks and compliment slips • Everywhere posters/flyers • Expansion of the SM network (Dec 09) • PSC including representatives from business to discuss protocols (Jan 10) • Protocols and seal finalised (Feb 2010)

  13. WP9: Systematic organisation, publication and dissemination of Everywhere model Status: Ongoing Work Package Leader: UoB Aim: Responsible for systematically organising and publishing the validated Everywhere model. This work package will also explore the suitability of potentially transferring the model to other cities and countries Deliverables: • Final version of the Everywhere Manual (electronic format) - A European methodology for the prevention of HIV in MSM.

  14. WP9: Systematic organisation, publication and dissemination of Everywhere model Progress and Questions • The Everywhere model is the main aim of this project and will be the final deliverable of it. • All previous stages are steps in a process aim to create the model. • At the moment all the information generated is being organised in a systematic way on the Everywhere website.
