  3. Recap of Future Plans Managed Switch Installations at HOJ (2 Sections). ==Delayed due to Non Availability of materials. Order placed 2. MPLS VPN Connectivity at KTU, MRI & BLD. ==BLD has been completed, Rest Under processing 3. New Computer Installations at Kathua Branch. == Done 4. Video Conference with Branches through SKype == Done 5. DPR Implementations. == Visited JNL and observed some changes on which we are working 6. Re-designing of HBET Websites. == Done 7. ID Card Designing (D2D & RES). == Prepared Inhouse Software .

  4. Highlights of points for Oct’12. SKYPE Presentations of Branches with CRORES Team. Installations of Internet Leased Line (Vodafone). Re-Configure of Mail Server with New Updated Version. Installations of NEW Computer in HPD for SKYPE Hub. New Initiative for replacement of Desktops with Laptops. Provides data to Lap Officers/Sr. Officers/Judges for CRORES presentations. Updations of Nitco Logistics & HBET Websites.

  5. Point No.1:- (SKYPE Presentations)We have successfully done SKYPE presentations of 150 branches with CRORES team. Out of 150 branches, 70 branches have successfully done presentation in their own stations & remaining 80 branches have completed their presentations at near by stations & with the help of SFO’s. Chart for No. of Stations Successful Rate Branches Parameters: 1. Efficiency 2. Profitility & 3. Image of the Company.

  6. Point No.2:- (Internet Vodafone)We have successfully installed Towers of Internet Leased Line (4MB Bandwidth) link on Roof of Bee Enn General Hospital on 25th Oct’12 for fast internet browsing in Nitco Group. Link will be up by 15th Nov’12. Parameters: 1. Efficiency 2. Avoid future problems & 3. Image of the Company.

  7. Point No.3:- (Mail Server Reconfigure) We have successfully re-configured mail Server from M/s IT Support 4 U (Ludhiana), Users were facing lot of problems with Mail Server on daily basis. Now after updations the mail server is working properly as confirmed from Mr. Sunil Kaushik (IKEA) because IKEA accepted only company Email ID’s. Parameters: 1. Efficiency 2. Avoid future problems & 3. Image of the Company.

  8. Point No.4:- (SKYPE HUB for Testing) We have successfully Installed New Computer in HPD for SKYPE Testing with LAP Officers & CRORES Team. Now LAP Officers will talk with there respective stations thorugh SKYPE before presentations with CRORES team. Also we have got screening of new candidates with HR Team for new recruitments. From this we have saved Money & time of the company. Parameters: 1. Efficiency 2. Avoid future problems & 3. Image of the Company.

  9. Point No.5:- (Replacement of Computers) We have taken new initiative to replace all head office computers with Laptops. Last month we have replaced 5 Old computers with Laptop. Advantage of Laptops:1. Standardized/Modern Environment.2. Less space consumes.3. User can be work after office hours.4. Save Electricity.5. 3 hours backup : User can work without any interuption. Parameters: 1. Efficiency 2. Image of the Company.

  10. Point No.6:- (Provides Data for CRORES) We have successfully Provides data to Lap Officers, Senior Officers, Branches, Sections & Judges of CRORES Team for presentations of CRORES. Parameters: 1. Efficiency 2. Avoid future problems & 3. Image of the Company. Point No.7:- (Websites Upgradations) We have Upgraded Websites of Nitco Logistics & HBET home pages & also made some changes as advised by Mr. Kunil Bhalla & Mrs. Kalindi Bhalla. Parameters: 1. Efficiency 2. Avoid future problems & 3. Image of the Company.

  11. Future Plans for M/o Nov’12 Managed Switch Installations at HOJ (3 Sections). MPLS VPN Connectivity at KTU, MRI & ALD. Video Conference of 5 Users (Testing). Live Link of Vodafone Internet 4 MB. DPR Implementations. Re-Designing of RES Websites. Upgradations of Servers.
