Click & Hold the mouse on the Apple
Scroll down to the Novell Teacher Server, and

Go to FILE, SAVE AS, and create the path to your folder on the server
However, it may SLOW the SAVING Process up and LOCK the computer up … NOT Recommended

They and ONLY they can view your gradebook from the SHARE File PURPOSE: If you are unable to attend a Parent/Student/Teacher type Meeting, that they can attempt to answer questions, on your behave

The DATE of the Drop will be determined by the Principle BE SURE, if you are using a PASSWORD, to protect your gradebook, that the password is REMOVED before making the weekly drop

DO NOT drop your EGP File into the SERVER Drop Box from your Individual Server File
Your file will DISAPPEAR from the server

Return to the Server’s Opening Window Panel The Folder needed for the drop is the SHARED Folder
Double Click or Click on the Arrow to open the SHARED Folder

Drag it and Drop the EGP File in the Gradebook Depository This Dialog Box will appear
Click OK

By dropping from the Server into the Server Drop Box, and
This was your ONLY SAVED EGP File … You will need to contact the ECS for assistance
That is why … Sometimes it is a wise to have at least one Backup Copy
