The values of Hotel BLOOM! are visible in different aspects of the hotel HAPPENING INSPIRATIONAL 287 different fresco’s made by young European artists, choose your favorite Dare To Explore gallery of inspiration for meeting guests Bloomy run lanyard, Unique BLOOM! perfume, Bloomusic CD’s,… … we will show you other and new ways of doing things • Events in SmoodS • Lipstick & Bubbles • Motown • New Year Eve • … • Art’n BLOOM! events • … we will maximize variety & stimuli going on in BLOOM!

The values of Hotel BLOOM! are visible in different aspects of the hotel EASYGOING SHARING Dare To Explore Foundation Meeting Lounge as communal break for meeting Team spirit of the staff Green initiatives …we will make you part of our community • Name badges • Uniforms – no ties • No dress code for clients • No room service, no minibar, etc… so no traditional hotel services, but Foodmaker Grab & Go in the lobby, “let me have it my way card”,… • …we will make sure you can relax and be yourself

Revinate– Online ReptnMngt tool • Gathers in 1 platform all reviews that are written on guest review and booking sites like Tripadvisor & Booking.com (in total 33 websites) • + gathers information from all social media like Facebook & Twitter • You can react, post, like,… from within this tool to all of this • Gives you daily, weekly, monthly reports with fact & figures • Easy to detect certain problems within the hotel
