Title I, Part D Subpart 2 • To provide educational services for students who are in local and state institutions for neglected and delinquent children and youth • To provide transitional service to help N/D students return to society • To prevent N/D student form dropping out • Denton Creek is the only campus served

Increase the number of credits and GEDs earned by students.

Title II Part A • Teacher and Principal Training and Recruitment Fund • Increasing student academic achievement through improving teacher and principal quality • Increasing the number of highly qualified teachers in classrooms and highly qualified principals and assistant principals in schools

Title III Part A • To develop and implement new language instruction education programs and academic content instruction programs for LEP • To carry out highly focused, innovative, locally designed activities to expand or enhance exiting language instruction education programs and academic content instruction programs for LEP

Initial Planning Amount Title III Part A: $ 98,367.00 • 1 ELL District Support Teacher • Supplemental Staff Development • Supplemental ELL Instructional Materials • ESL/Bilingual Certification Initiative Comprehensive Needs Assessment Data Source: AEIS,, Staff Development Survey, LEP Student Report, Teacher Certification Report and TELPAS reports Identified Need: To increase the number ESL/Bilingual certified teachers, increase the capacity of teachers to work with LEP students to increase the LEP student achievement.
