  2. Adolescence is the most difficult phase in the life of an individual. His whole life goes through turmoil and he experiences many physiological as well as psychological changes. During this time, friends start becoming more important for an adolescent and he starts paying greater attention to his looks. This is the phase when parents also have to stop treating their teenager like a child and modify their attitude towards him. Peace of mind is to have absolutely no pain or stress mentally. Other words to describe it are tranquility, serenity, and peacefulness. Adolescence and Peace

  3. The term adolescence is commonly used to describe the transition stage between childhood and adulthood. Early Adolescence 11 – 13 years of age Middle Adolescence 14 – 18 years of age Late Approximately 19 – 24 years of age It is very paramount to have peace in our mind during these stages. Adolescence

Physical • Bodily Changes • More focus on their appearances, feeling of being male (Strong) and start teasing to girls and others • Female are attracted to fashion, loss their mind in studies. • Unwanted accidents happens e.g.- Sexual harassment, verbal and written abuses(many stories) • Bulling to other children's Problems face By adolescence

  6. Social and Political • Cast (Accepted by society or rejected) • Ethnicity • Religion • Political affiliation of parents • Conflict affected family Problems face By adolescence

Psychological • Conflict faced children and management problem of their life at school or in society • Emotional control • After all to overcome for all these situations we need peace education which will enhance to manage our life and give ideas to survive in these situations. To over come from the daily problems. • Stress management • Control of your angerness / happiness • managemnet of time for your family, friends and relatives (for social media network) • To know about your rights • Your own rights (women’s rights/ child rights) • human rights • civic rights Peace education

  10. Management of conflict such as • daily life problems • problems with your friends, parents and so on • Face to Face discussion • Negiotation – win win situation • Round Table talks. (Inclusion process) Conflict Management
