Introduction Introduce BFEP Group established in 1999 Funded by SNH and Dundee City Council Aim - to work alongside local groups and individuals to enable them to plan, design and implement good quality human-scale environmental projects in their local community and beyond. Process - truly ‘bottom up’ Part time worker – a facilitator, animateur and ‘clearer of bureaucratic red tape’ to enable good quality, human-scale volunteer led projects to actually happen on the ground.

Overarching outcomes • Creative ways to merge A – B and C • Actively employ a wide range of creative arts • Deliver on LBAP species/habitat priorities • Access funding from a variety of sources • Ensure a sustainable natural heritage • Engage a wide variety of groups/individuals • All are volunteer led projects
