  1. Blueberry Scones Ingredients: Preparation: Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt into your mixer bowl; mix well to combine. Add butter, sugar, and cut in. Next, add milk, egg and vanilla. Mix until a soft dough forms (using paddle attachment). Gently fold in blueberries. Form dough into a ball and place on a lightly floured surface and give a couple kneads. • 2 ¼ C Flour (may need more) • 1 T Baking powder • ½ t cinnamon • ¼ t salt • 4 oz cold butter, cut up • ½ C sugar (White, granulated) • ¾ C milk • 1 egg • ½ t vanilla extract • 1 cup of blueberries

  2. Shaping Scones • Roll out dough to ½-3/4 inch thick. Try to achieve an oval disc shape Use a pizza cutter and cut into wedge shapes. • Most chefs will cut scones into wedge/triangle traditional shapes. (Cut like you would a pie) Place scones on sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake @ 400 for 10 minutes or until light golden brown .
