Diné College, a tribal community college serving the Navajo Nation located in Arizona and New Mexico, identified specific relevant environmental health issues reflected in their own community and not already included in Tox Town. Unique locations to the US Southwest include: • Objective: • NLM worked hand-in-hand with Diné College experts to create a Tox Town scene that would make it easier for people living in the Southwest region to learn more about environmental health concerns unique to this part of the country, as well as those concerns that are the same in any region of the US.
