Evaluation Component • Two levels: local and national level (cross-site evaluation) • Local evaluation • Track number of trainers and people trained in suicide prevention and increase in knowledge • Identify number of youth screened positive by system and who shows up for treatment • Develop tracking protocol to be completed by Professional Partners Program • Document suicide rates and attempts
