  14. Analysis • The organizations are alike because they have some kind of group or team that is used achieve goals and keep things running. They all use communication to get through the issues at hand. • Communication is what keeps a team moving in the right direction. Without communication, people get lost and projects or goals will not be completed correctly or on time. • In the future we know with any problem or issue, communication is the key to solving it. Knowing the problem from every angle will help in solving the problem more efficiently. • No matter what the job is, you will be interpersonally communicating with someone. Having strong communication skills will help you go far in the working world.

  15. Conclusion Communication is the key to keeping a business or organization running. An organization needs communication like a machine needs oil. Without it production stops and everything backs up. It doesn’t matter if the situation is good or bad communication must always happen.
