  3. GENERAL DATA • Favorable geo-strategic positionand good traffic infrastructure – highways, airport • Around 41.095 inhabitants • Total area: 388sq km • Population density: 106 inn./sq km • Around 60%of population has working capability • Unemployment rate: 21 %

Regional Specialized diagnostic center Laktasi The investment includes: construction of the building with total areaof ​​2.239 m², procurement of equipment (medical equipment, appliancesand furniture) and procurement of current assets. The total investment isapproximately 6 milion EUR. Employs 46 workers, of which 14 doctors, 24 local high medic professionand 8 technical workers and administrative staff. The compleat project documentation and feasibility study are ready for this project which means one could quickly go to contract procedures. Regional Specialized diagnostic center will provide the followingservices:Use of magnetic resonance, computed tomography, digitized radiography, teeth rentgenography, Digital Mammography, Ultrasound with color Doppler duplex, Cardiac ultrasound, ergometry, Cardiac Holter and Laboratory tests.
