  2. Why are plants important? Plants are important to us as they provide the air we need to breathe, use them as herbs for healing injuries or health & to use them for our skin like when its in dermatology products.

  3. What are the different types of dispersal seeds? The TYPES are: • Wind Dandelions get blown and the seeds fly away • Explosion Pea pods just burst open and the seeds roll about • Animal Animals pick up seeds and they eventually fall off • Water Coconuts roll into the water go to different land and split open letting the seeds bury themselves • Gravity Conquers fall to the ground because the force of gravity pulls it, then the conquers burst open letting seeds roll around and get buried

  4. How are seeds formed? Seeds are formed from ovules that are fertilized At the top flower of the plant called the * stigma, catches the pollen from the same flower. As a result of insect flying from flower to flower, or by wind, water, birds small mammals and by humans. • * IS a sticky stem to catch pollen

What are the other ways of reproductions of plants? • For reproduction to take place, pollen grains from the stamen must be carried to the *pistil. *A Female flower *DIFFERENTS BETWEEN A MALE & A FEMALE FLOWER The male flowers will have the stamen. The female flowers have the ovary, which looks sort of like a vase. Also the female flowers will eventually form into seeds (male flowers will never have seeds).
