  2. How can this become an eTwinning project?

OBJECTIVES • Getting to know the flora and the fauna of own country • Getting to know the flora and the fauna of a European country • Collaboration with classmates=>collaboration with pupils of other European countries • Use of ICT tools • Practice of the communication language • Sensitization on Biodiversity and environment protection

Planning – Activities1st part: • Theoretical approach: formation of mixed groups (partner schools) • Each group decides which aspects of biodiversity will examine • Creation of material and presentation to the other groups • Creation of a common wordle with the basic words of biodiversity • Tools they use: chat, forum, wiki, glogster, flashmeeting, wordle

  5. Planning – Activities2nd part: • Archive of photos: formation of mixed groups • Each group takes a number of photos and starts searching for information- edits information- produces final results • Tools: wiki, chat, forum, skype

Planning-Activities3rd Part: • Schools organize field trips – take photos of the biodiversity in their region- make comparisons- find common species • Create a common voicethread with photos and comments • Create quiz for their partners concerning the species of their region • Tools: Voicethread(http://voicethread.com/?#u2283753 ), quizmaker, camera, forum

Planning-Activities4th Part: • Students working in groups start formatting their material and information about the different pictures • Write the information in their mother tongue as well as in the language of collaboration • Create puzzles for the other groups • Create an e-book • Tools: issuu, wiki, chat, forum, jigsaw

  8. Expected results • Collaboration on a European level • Familiarization with ICT tools • Practice of the communication language • Creativity-fun • Formation of new friendships
