Step5：字段讲解 • 这条数据已存在的字段为：Documenttype、Year 、SeriesName、 Publishtime、 location、 fullcontent、specialno，对此我们只需验证对错，错需改正。 • 验证方法：1 通过下载网站的相关网页； • 2 通过数据内部呈现的相关信息； • 3 通过谷歌的相关检索。 • 我们需要标引的字段为：title，author，organ，abstract，subject，reference， uniquesign，month，mirrorquality。 • 注意： 前8个字段是数据的客观信息，实事求是标引，可适当改正其格式和内容错误，可参考《国道数据元数据著录标准》；mirrorquality则需要依据《镜像质量级别判断标准》来确定。 • 基本概念：PR; EJ的文章就是发表在期刊里的会议录文章。标法按照PR的做法标，无卷期字段，但刊号可标，如果没有ISSN这四个字母，刊号也不标，已著好的刊号例外。Year是和会议时间里的年份一致。
