Work done-I • Seepage work - Individual Flats • Subsidy of 1000/- per flat out of common funds • Covered 20 flats, pending complaints 3, • Success Rate ( 18/20) • Seepage work- Common Area • Common bathroom,TTHall,Open to Sky ducts • Success Rate 100% Cost : 3000/- • Intercom • External wiring - Case by case • 95% Flats and All lifts connected via Intercom • Cost : ~ 2000/= per month

Work done-II • Gray Water Recycling • Recycled water routed back for Gardening • Pipeline laid all around periphery • Cost: 40K • All Round Fencing • Parapet wall fencing height raised • Reason : Nuisance from miscreants • Cost : 18K • Gardening Facelift • Cost : 15K • ID Cards • Photo Id and Address record for Drivers , Cooks , Maids and ID cards issued • Soon Entry only based on ID Cards
