  1. AISECT ORG’s Skill Development Initiative Rojgar Mela A Rojgar Mela is a place where employers and job seekers are given a platform to meet and interact with each other. Since India is on the mission of building the largest skill network,such an initiative is a strategy that helps fast-tracking the shortlisting and interview process for both employees and recruiter. Although there are a lot of employment opportunities for skilled people in our country, exposure to them is limited. Rojgar Melas organized by NSDC(National Skill Development Corporation) with the help of various partners across the country like AISECT Org, is a way of giving people the opportunity to become financially independent and stable. Companies like Tata Motors, Lakme, Urban Clap, Sodexo, Toni & Guy, Airtel, VLCC and many more are the potential employers. More than 600 companies participate in the process across the country from all possible relevant industries. Many skill councils also participate in the Rojgar Mela finding suitable candidates and offering them training under their guidance. They also guarantee placements after the training period. The impact of all this initiative is so huge that government organisations want to be a part of it as well. All the candidates start their training under Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana and become industry ready through rigorous skill training. They learn from the industry while working and further enhance their career. It is also helping our country with the "Make in India” initiative. One such partner of NSDC organizing Rojgar Melas in the rural and semi-urban areas of our country and helping them develop is AISECT Org, head-quartered in Bhopal. It encourages and offersskill development programs in India.It has been reaching out to the rural areas of the country since the last 33 years empowering the youth by generating employment and promoting entrepreneurship. It not only organizes Rojgar Mela, but it also has an online portal rojgarmantra.com which has so far provided 11 lakh jobs and has been one of the biggest rural placement initiatives of India. They also provide career counselling to the people seeking jobs so that they can move towards the right path suitable for them. So far, the organisation has conducted these fairs for only the year 2018-19 and has achieved remarkable results. They have so far covered 9 states and 35 districts with more than 300 employers participating and has helped more than 10000 people get a job. Such is the credibility AISECT Org. It is not only a top skill development institutebut also offers excellent placement opportunities. The organization has also gone ahead to set up 4 institutes of higher learning in the country which were in dire need of education and skill training.

If we want the youth of our country to go and get themselves enrolled in the skill development programs, we need to provide them with concrete proof of return on investment of their time and money as well.
