  10. COMMITTEE MEMBERS 1. Budget – ensures expenses are within the budget 2. Venue – scout for the best venue options 3. Food – decides on food taste, venue set-up, decorations, coordinate with caterer during the event. 4. Video and Photography Coverage

  11. COMMITTEE MEMBERS 5. Invitations – layout of invitation, dissemination of final invitation to batchmates, teachers and other guests 6. Program Planner – in charge of planning the program proper, direct the program during the event (i.e. emcee, production numbers, showcase of talents of batchmates, awards, games, speakers, registration list, nametags, registration kits, etc.) Program: 4 – registration 6-10 program 10-12 dance, acknowledgement – during dinner time

AVP Presentation - gathering of high school pictures, yearbook, nostalgia moments which can be incorporated in the AVP like popular songs, movies, celebrities, political figures, political events, favorite hang-out, school logo, commercials, jingle, expressions, etc. 8. Souvenirs, Memorabilia, Exhibits, Prizes and Gifts – souvenir items can be notepad, mugs, umbrellas, keychain printed with school logo, memorabilia like pictures, yearbook, school uniform etc. that can be exhibited during the event, prizes for games and raffles, gifts to guests and many more.

Memory Book / Batch Directory – this is a post reunion souvenir with class directory before and after pictures (2x2 picture), reunion pictures, sponsorship (i.e. advertisements, gold (1page), silver (1/2 page), bronze (1/4 page) ad) etc. – Jun Milan/ Bong Rabaya Back and Inside back page – 12,000 Gold – 8,000 Silver – 5,000 Bronze – 2,500

  14. COMMITTEE MEMBERS 11. Auditor – audits the reunion fund, ensures all expenses are authorized and within the approved budget, close the books prior to dissolution (i.e. closing of reunion bank account, termination of office of officers and members, etc.)

  16. OTHER MATTERS • Guest Performers – those who have contact with bands, entertainers, those who want to showcase their talent • Special Prize for batchmates who contacted the most no. of batchmates

  17. SCHEDULE OF NEXT MEETING • Every after two months or as necessary Next Meeting: McDo El Pueblo – August 27, 2010
