  3. What is ‘worship’? Old English: “Weorth” = worthy “Scipe” = shape Something that has the quality of being worthy, or of having great worth

  4. What is ‘worship’? The act of worshipping To glorify, to honour, to express devotion, praise or thanksgiving

  5. What is ‘worship’? Barak: to kneel or to give reverence (in an ongoing manner) Psalm 95v6: “Let us kneel before the Lord our maker” Psalm 34v1: “I will bless the Lord at all times”

  6. What is ‘worship’? Ranan: to creak or to shout aloud for joy Psalm 33v1: “Rejoice in the Lord, O you righteous” Psalm 98v4: “Shout joyfully to the Lord, all the earth”
