  6. Proposed Solution

  7. Multi-room Technology • For multi-room audio and video we recommend a combination of products manufactured by Niles Audio Corporation. A very established US company who has been developing these types of products for over 20 years. • They provide excellent value based on the features available and ease of use.

  8. Heating ControlTechnology • For heating control, we recommend using products from Sensible Heat who are the sole UK distributer and installer for Honeywell wireless control. http://www.sensibleheat.co.uk • Heating SystemWithHometronic from Sensible Heat, you can control virtually any heating (or cooling) system that you will find in a UK house. Generally, the heating system does not need to be designed around the control system (although we may have some suggestions for enhancements), we can usually work with the system you already have. • Most UK houses have “wet” heating systems using radiators or underfloorpipework, or a combination of both. We have Hometronic solutions for all of these systems. The unique wireless products, particularly the Radiator Controller, allow easy retrofit installation, and mean you can make every room in your house a separate zone – without alteration to the pipework ! • Sensible Home The main boiler system and associated pumps and valves can be controlled, whether a simple single-boiler-and-pump system, or a more complex arrangement. Using complementary products, we can employ clever techniques like weather compensation, optimum start to ensure maximum energy efficiency. • Electric heating can be easily controlled, too. You can even control temporary electric heating easily, using the plug-in Switch Module. • The Hot Water system (sometimes called Domestic Hot Water) for washing, baths etc can be controlled by the Hometronic system, to make sure you have hot water available when you need it, but you’re not wasting energy when you don’t.

  9. CCTV Technoloy • For CCTV we would use products from xxxxxx, where we will install a number of hidden camera’s that link into a software system for local and remote browsing and recording feeds from all camera’s • Network & Telecoms We can install network and phone points in all rooms required to enable you to plug in network devices and phones wherever you require.

  10. Multi-room Equipment

  11. System Control • System control will be via a combination of mono keypads positioned in room and two Philips Pronto TSU9600 colour touch-screen panels that can be used in any room. • The Philips touch-screen panels will allow control of all audio and video, heating in each individual zone and allow connection to CCTV camera’s. • The Pronto controllers will use a combination of infra-red and wireless connections. • The mono keypads in each room will be for controlling music in each room • Plus there will be
