  1. Data Center Decommission and Clean out

  2. KEY FACTS • Location: Philadephia PA • Type:Data center decommission and clean out • Scope: Remove hundreds of data cabinets, all electrical and cooling • infrastructure. Remove raised floor and leave space in bare walls, bare • floor, broom swept condition. • Duration: 3 weeks • Client: Lincoln Properties

  3. Lincoln Harris Corporate Services Group hired Quantum Technology to decommission and liquidate a former SunGard Data Center on the 8th floor of a busy Philadelphia downtown office building. • Project Details: • Assets included several Eaton Powerware UPS systems, switchgear, transformers, CRAC units, several hundred data server cabinets, raised floor and all piping and cabling beneath the floor. Quantum purchased the assets from Lincoln, and provided all the labor at no charge, making it a profitable transaction for both parties. After the data center work was complete, Quantum went on to purchase various equipment that was stored in the basement of the building, such as large breakers left there by Digital Realty in days gone by, and huge fans. Many times, buildings wind up to be storehouses for facility equipment that never quite gets deployed. Because Quantum is primarily an asset recovery company, we will always try to purchase assets from our customers, whether for resale, or, if not salable, then recycling.

  4. Quantum offers many more services and equipment
