  3. LuxFLAG’s achievements in 2011 • Substantialgrowth in number of labels in 2011 • 7 new labels, reaching the total to 20 labels by the end of 2011 • 6/10 the most important MIVs in terms of AUM hold the LuxFLAG Microfinance Label. LuxFLAG Associate Members meeting 03

LuxFLAG’s achievements in 2011 • Launch of LuxFLAG Environment Label • Addition of 1 new Associate Member • New corporate identity • New user friendly website with an interactive layout • Annual labelled MIV performance study • Participation and presentation in international microfinance conferences : SPTF Annual members meeting, Microfinance summit Geneva, and Microfinance Europe conference in London. • Business development : regular contact and information exchange with the MIVs registered outside of Luxembourg and the EU LuxFLAG Associate Members meeting 04

Projections for 2012 • New Microfinance labels, in particularly for the MIVs registered outside of Luxembourg and the EU • New Environment Labels • Expansion of the Associate Members network • Strategic planning for the next 3 years • Research and market study on increasing the scope of label offerings for eg.   7. LuxFLAG Environment Label: Introduction • LuxFLAG launched the Environment Label in June 2011. The Environment Label will be granted to investment funds investing in environment-related sectors. It is designed to reassure investors that labelled Investment Funds actually invest the majority of their assets in environment-related sectors in a responsible manner. • Prospective Clients: • Investment Funds investing in environment-related sectors, Green/Renewable Energy, irrespective to their domicile of registration • Approximately 150 Investment Funds registered in Luxembourg are investing in environment-related sectors. LuxFLAG Environment Label: Eligibility Criteria • Portfolio of investments in environment-related sectors of at least 75% of the total assets • Screen all of its investments and potential investments on their management of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)practices. • Seek a return on investment; • Comply with the legal and governance criteria such as distinct legal entity, segregation of duties and regular reporting. • Supervision in a EU Member State or equivalent to that in EU Member States •  Must sign a Tripartite Agreement with LuxFLAG and an Auditor for the completion of the Agreed Upon Procedures LuxFLAG Associate Members meeting 08

LuxFLAG Environment Label: Application procedures • LuxFLAG expects to receive the first slot of applications in the fall of 2011. • LuxFLAG has a unique position and high competency in the Luxembourg Financial Centre. Its neutrality and independence is certainly considered as an added value compared to any other peers. Therefore we believe that the Environment Label will be well received by the Luxembourg Financial Sector as well as abroad. LuxFLAG Associate Members meeting 12
