ITS – ADAC Update • Research Administration Priority ProjectsResearch Administration Systems (RAS) • RAS Governance Identified 60+ potential Research initiatives • Narrowed to 9 highest priority for FY11 to be presented at ADAC for overall Admin Domain prioritization Overall ITS Administrative Domain Priorities • 13 ITS projects already underway, or otherwise mandated, considered “exempt” from prioritization process (i.e., automatically approved) • 48 proposed projects open for prioritization

  11. eRPM system updates 5.7 Vendor Update • Update to Framework • Minimal user facing changes • Some system changes are automatically made with the update • Provides capability for new enhancements

  12. eRPM system updates Release 1.9.03 Implemented to production 10/30/10 • The Project Grant number has been added to the Campus Query results lister. • PAF question 1.4 (Is this a pre-proposal) will not be editable after the response to the question is saved. • New state “DRDA Associated Closeout” has been added to the workflow.  This state will be used by DRDA to identify PAFs related to a project that is closing.

  17. eRPM system updates • Ad Hoc Reviewer • Activity to Add Ad Hoc Reviewer will be added to more states, including Proposal Preparation. This will allow PI/Project Teams to add reviewers, if necessary. • The activity will also be added for DRDA, in case additional reviews are needed.
