Mango is a very versatile fruit and can be eaten both raw as well as ripe. Mango is used as a key ingredient in preparation of both savory food as well as desserts. Mango is also used as a flavouring agent in shakes and ice-creams. There are various ways of serving mangoes. Since there are different varieties of mangoes, both big and small therefore they can be served in various ways.   2. definitely very satisfying. Let’s look at some of the sophisticated ways of serving mangoes. First and foremost, the most common way to serve mango is definitely mango dices. Mango is washed, peeled and deseed and cut into small dices with a help of a knife and a chopping board. If you find it too difficult then you can make use of a dicer. Secondly you can slice a mongo-The procedure remains the same as above. Instead of cutting into mango dices you can slice them vertically. Another way to slice the mango is with the skin itself. And then you can scope out the pulp with the help of a spoon and the remaining peel you can discard Thirdly, if you are looking to use the mango to flavour something then the best way is to pulp the mango. Wash and peel the mango and separate the stone, then roughly dice the mango and place the mango dices into a blender. Blend it till it is smooth and silky. You can now add milk to make mango shake or add to ice-cream or free to make a sorbet. Fourthly you can make a mango drink; mango drink is very popular amongst children. You have to follow the above process, same as mango pulp, but additionally you have to blend it with water so that it gets diluted. Pour it in a glass and enjoy the instinct mango juice Fifthly, mango does not have to be ripe to be enjoyed; you can also eat a raw mango. Don’t get surprise, raw mango is very famous and is used to prepare pickles and chutney. Simply peel the raw mangoes and make small mango dices. Enjoy their sour and tangy mango dices with some salt and pepper. Lastly, dry the raw mango and power it, you would be surprised how mice it tastes. It can be used as a spice and is often used in preparation of Indian curry.
