  1. What can Teenagers do to build a successful future? It’s very interesting to see, that teenagers in this age and time are much more aware than what Generation X was. While it’s amazing to see and hear them, but there is a hitch with this age of internet and social media. While they have access to huge accomplishments and stories on the internet, they also have a tendency to build a fierce degree of insecurity about their futures. It’s great to focus on your career planning, but it can certainly backfire at times. Which brings us to the big question – What can you do as a teenager to build a successful career? 1. Time is your power:Now that you’ve started thinking early, know that time is on your side and is your power. Don’t let it become a source of stress. Often teenagers take this unnecessary stress about time running by rather than focusing on the right places. 2. Work only towards learning:Although it’s completely normal to feel that you already know everything, as a preface you should know that experience is not on your side. The more you learn, the more you’re going to understand yourself as an individual and would decipher your interests and passions which in turn will help you in career planning. 3. Follow your liking and interests: Again, this is one of the things that people learn from experience, but it’s a head start if you make this as a permanent mental note in your early days. Usually, early starters tend to have the wrong motivation – towards money, fame and other modalities. The mantra is to follow your passion and interests, and these will sooner or later become the by-products. 4. Learn until you know:We can’t stress enough on this fact. Till the time you don’t know your interests, you won’t know the driving passion. Passion and perseverance are the key elements to success. So invest time in learning, it can be in the form of reading, seeing material videos or just curiously observing. 5. Act when you know:Once you’re clear about your interests and passions, its time to implement and start. Remember a few tips and facts: * There is nothing like 100% clarity on interests, just about 40-60% is good for you to start. * Over-learning and trying to make it 100% can harm your head start/ runway of time. 6. Learn as you go, and run: Take the journey of confidence from that 50% to 100% while you’re working. Once you reach that spot, know that time is your only asset that cannot be wasted, even more than money or any other tangible thing that

  2. might have a potential loss. So, RUN and do what you love, while everything else will come together on its own! All the best!
