  2. QCS SUPER QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM Description: QCS Control System (QCS) is just for the high speed and broad paper machine in Pulp & Paper Industry. It provides the industry’s most comprehensive suite of online sensors, combined with fast scanner and data processing speeds to deliver precise, high-resolution measurements.

System Functions: • High measuring accuracy and excellent data processing function ensure the user can receive quality data of the paper immediately. • Save the history data more than 3 months, include process parameters, quality information, system information. • Most commonly used displays can be accessed with only a few “clicks”. • User can order Z direction compensating unit to eliminate the error caused by mechanical deformation. • Advanced diagnostic displays for sensors and scanners. • Remote tech support and fault diagnosis by telephone network. Technical Features: • CD and MD separate, realize the CD measuring. • Precision Sensors, basis weight measurement use Kr85 or Pm147 basis weight sensors and the moisture measurement in addition to conventional infrared moisture sensors, it also supports the microwave moisture sensor which has strong speed compatibility and could adapt to paper machine with a kilometer speed. • There are more control algorithm for all kinds of paper machines. • Have many control methods for realization of the basis weight and moisture closed-loop control, such as the flux continuerol, valve control, increment control and position control. • Standard OPC interface for connecting with other system. • User reports for operation management. • Acclimated more than 32 kinds of papers. • Support the TCP/IP protocol for convenient management and remote control.

  5. WEB IMAGE DETECT SYSTEM Description: This is a web inspection system for on-line detection, identification and visualization of paper defects. It in corporate linear CCD camera, frame and computer station to provide fast and precious defects detection for the Paper maker. System Functions: • Inspect all kinds of defects during the paperrnaking process in real time immediately. • Offer expert diagnosis tools for finding out the faulty equipment correlate to the paper defects. • Have reports management function to ensure the good quality of the paper. • Provide a reference for the improvement and optimization of the production process. • Advice on advance corrective actions. Technical Features: • Use luminescence for lamp-house, it has low power consumption and long useful life. • The defects configuration inspection software form easy and all the paper defects are showed as pictures that can observe clearly. • Use multiple cameras for any measuring accuracy request of the user. • Use high speed linear CCD cameras for image collection. • Equip with the marking equipment of color spray or sliding note by the request of the user.

  6. CD CALIPER CONTROL SYSTEM Description: It is a system to control the cross-direction (CD) caliper of a paper sheet. It use electromagnetism induction heating technique to realize the controlling of CD caliper of the paper. System Functions: • Caliper inspection probe has high precision measuring property as foreign products of the same kind. • Faster dynamic response to reduce recovery time from upsets like paper breaks and grade changes. • Improve product quality and increase production. • Induction heating the steel roller of the calendar stack to realize the control function.

  8. CD BASIS WEIGHT CONTROL SYSTEM Description: These systems have been especially designed for controlling cross direction basis weight. This is the slice profile system, the cowl lip controller uses the measuring data from scan to profile the opening of the cowl lip and finally control the CD basis weight of the paper. This system Is composed by an automatic control actuator with head boxes, dilute water valve and hydraulic pressure control system. The core of the system is the dilute water regulatory profiler. The dilute water regulatory profiler will use the measuring data from scan to control cross-direction basis weight and CD basis weight 2-sigma improvement down to 50%. System Functions: • Profile the difference of the CD basis weight automatically, improve the sheet’s CD basis weight. • Easing the intensity of labour. Technical Features: • Fast and accurate adaptive CD basis weight control. • Self-diagnostics of the actuator’s mechanical and electrical condition with detailed alarm displays for operators. • Integration into software allows easy operation, maintenance and tuning. • Interface access with a serial link to quality control systems or DCS.

CD MOISTURE CONTROL SYSTEM CD Moisture Control System has two forms, one uses steam box to control CD moisture and another uses water spray box to control CD moisture. • Steam Box Control Description: With this system, managing the moisture profile becomes considerably easier. The system supply high-velocity steam to each cross-direction compartment via separate, uniquely designed actuation valve that allows optimum zone definition and precise control. System Functions: • Higher output and a flatter moisture profile can be achieved simultaneously. • Narrow spacing of the actuator can be adjusted to produce the desired profiling effect. • CD moisture 2- sigma improvement of 50%. Technical Features: • Integrated CD control including PLC functionalities. • Profiling zone spacing down to 10mm gives high profiling capability. • Rigid construction. • LAN or serial link protocol for connection to the measurement system. • Convenient operation.

Droplets Spray Box • Description: • Using a Droplets Spray Box, controlling to a flat moisture target is possible. • The critical proprietary components of the system are the two-stage nozzles • that create a balanced and application-matched mixture of air and water. • The water nozzles are located in the center of the air nozzles. It can prevent • the nozzle fouling and provide precision moisture control effect. • System Functions: • Narrow spacing of the actuator can be adjusted to produced the desired profiling effect. • Digital flow steps determine the exact flow rate through each digital block and each nozzle for precise and responsive continueinuerol. • Reel average moisture profiler range is up to 6%. • Energy savings produced from a consistent moisture profile and higher average moisture. • Increase in efficiency of the total production line with integrated moisture control. Technical Features: • Use gas-liquid nozzles to make the spray more well proportioned and exquisite and the nozzles will not choke under the compressed air. • Every nozzle can profiled by separate profiler and the profile accuracy can be 1/2000. • Profiling zone spacing down to 10mm gives high profiling capability. • The humidity increasing unit is composed by stainless steel box and the gas-liquid nozzles without any electric component, so it doesn’t need maintenance. • The nozzles are USA productions and the profilers are Japan productions. • The range of the humidity increasing is large, so the system can be used both high basis weight and low basis weight papermaking process.

  11. ON-LINE COLOR SYSTEM Description: Online Color System can online monitor color variation of paper product by estimating the color difference of sample and standard. It can set the objective color-difference for different applications and save historical measurement data for late inquiring and management automatically. System Functions: • Provide colorimetric parameters and their variational trend. • Measurement time together with the colorimetric data and curve for convenient analysis of product quality. • Scale setting of monitoring curve for appropriate sensitivity and easy observe by manual or automatic mode. Technical Features: • Color measurement precision with white standard. • Colorimetric data : x,y0.0002, Color difference : ΔE*ab0.05. • Color system. • Colorimetric standard system : CIE XYZ, CIE Yxy, CIE L*a*b*. • Color difference formula : CIELAB. • Color direction judgment. • Lightness : Deep/Light. • Chroma : Colorful/dark. • Hue : Red/green/yellow/blue. • Communication : RS-485.

  12. MIDDLE MOISTURE CONTROL SYSTEM This system use microwave technique to measure the moisture of the papers which have high moisture content. Using Occasion : • Moisture measuring before the paper entering the dryer. • Moisture measuring before the paper sizing. • Moisture measuring before the paper coating. The moisture sensor can be used in poor working conditions. The moisture sensor can measure high moisture content.
