  5. Welcome to WebOne! • Single sign-on portal for employees and HR • Clean, easy to comprehend format

  6. New users create their own user ID and password Participants log onto WebOne in the same way as administrators – First time participants are required to create their own User ID and Password. Participants must acknowledge a disclaimer regarding the use of on-line elections in enrollment before continuing

  7. Employees or participants can log on at any time and use the navigation tabs to view their profile or benefit elections Rules set by the administrator determine which enrollment options each participant sees when they log on, from New Hire to Open Enrollment to Marketplace (voluntary products) only.

  8. There are two enrollment processes for administrators to choose from—a traditional process with no assistance, and WebOne’s new Benefit Planner. In the Benefit Planner, participants answer questions about how they anticipate using the coverage in the coming year, and WebOne will provide a comparison of fixed and out of pocket costs for each of their plan options.

  9. The first step is to review and add home address, dependents, and beneficiary information so that the participant can assign different dependents and beneficiaries to different plans.

  10. My Benefit Planner has predictive tools for modeling health and life benefits,as well as allocation of FSA and HRA funds. All are available within the enrollment wizard, allowing participants to become active partners in their benefit plan choices.

  11. The process starts with participants choosing the eligibility level and dependents they wish to cover.

  12. Participants answer a short series of questions about benefit plan use and WebOne provides them with a comparison of their options. Benefit comparisons can be done for medical, dental, vision, and life plans.

  13. The comparison shows out of pocket and premium costs, as well as any HRA amounts.

  14. Other participant tools assist in determining life insurance needs and flexible spending account elections. WebOne tracks the out of pocket amounts estimated by the participant’s answers and can create an automatic FSA election.

  15. If an employer chooses to offer the OutsourceOne suite of voluntary products, the products to be offered can be chosen by the administrator and appear as part of the employer’s enrollment.

  16. Pop up boxes are available during the enrollment process to provide benefit or enrollment assistance.

  17. An enrollment summary gives participants an opportunity to review their elections before enrolling.

  18. At the end of enrollment, participants are provided with a printable benefit summary page showing their elections. This form can be printed at the time of enrollment or at any other time throughout the year.

  19. Participants can enter WebOne at any time, from any Internet capable computer, to view personal information, Knowledge Base items, FSA claim information, or print a current benefit statement.
