  1. Services Nevada Presents Zip Form Templates Online

Getting Started • Go to www.zipformsonline.com • If this is the first time that you are using Zip Forms online and you have not yet received a password you will need to create one. • To create a password: • Enter the email address that you have registered for your program with in the Email section. • Leave the Password section blank and click Sign In. • You will now be brought to a screen that says "Please Enter A Password". • Enter the password that you would like to use in both the Password and Confirm Password sections and click Save. • This will now be the password that you will use to login to zipFormsonline.

  3. Your log on if you have signed up

  4. Your Log-on if you have not signed on

  5. You will then receive an e-mail directing you to the password site

  6. Here you establish or change your password and save it

  7. Once saved, you will be prompted to log in

  8. Once Logged In, this screen will come up for you

  9. Click on Add (Create)

  10. Enter Seller for Name, Agent Template, Listing, Residential, then click Add

  11. This screen will pop-up and then select the forms to be included in your template

  12. Make your selections, then hit OK

Cover Sheet 525 - Duties Owed 547 - SRPD 560 - Confirmation Regarding Real Estate Agent Relationship 622 – Residential Disclosure Guide ADHOAL - HOA addendum to listing BCCA – Net/Cost Sheet CDWF – Construction Defect CHOR 1 – MLS Change Order CTA – Consent to Act EARTS – Listing Agreement MDW – Mold Disclosure Optional Forms TKAF – Tenant Key Authorization Windermere Forms ADAC - Additional Clauses COOF – Windermere 3 page counter offer Seller Forms to include in Template

  14. When Zip Forms have completely downloaded, your screen will look like this! These are GLVAR forms!

  15. You also have Windermere Forms! Be sure to add the 3 page counter offer and the Addendum of Additional Clauses to your Template! You will find these in your Windermere Forms!

  16. Once you have all of the forms in your template, complete Listing Broker section of the Cover Sheet, page 2 Now whenever you copy your template for listings, all of your data will auto populate the forms (which will save you much time!)

  17. When you are finished be certain to save your template for future use!

  18. Now let’s set up the Buyer Template…Click on Add (Create)

  19. Enter Buyer for Name, Agent Template, Purchase, Residential, then click Add

  20. Again, this screen will pop-up and then select the forms to be included in your template

  21. Again, make your selections, then hit OK

  23. When Zip Forms have completely downloaded, your screen will look like this! These are GLVAR forms!

  24. Again, you also have Windermere Forms! Be sure to add the Addendum of Additional Clauses and the Buyers Disclosure to your Template! You will find these in your Windermere Forms!

  25. Once you have all of the forms in your template, complete Selling Broker section of the Cover Sheet, page 2 Now whenever you copy your template for buyers, all of your data will auto populate the forms (which will save you much time!)

  26. When you are finished be certain to save your template for future use!

  27. Now that you have your Templates set up….be certain when you are starting a new client file to go to the appropriate template and then “save as”. That way you will always have a buyer and a seller template and you will not have to redo the work we just completed!
