Decommissioning • Preferred concept: immediate continuous dismantling • Key issue: Decommissioning of NPP A1 • Complete decommissioning of NPP A1 and significant part of the V1 decommissioning represent so-called: DEBT OF FINANCIAL SOURCES (historical debt) • Act No. 528/2006 (amended the previous one): account of the NPP A1 enabled to “borrow” the finances from the account of NPP V1 Seminar "Financing of back-end of peaceful use of nuclear energy"

Debt of financial sources • The contribution of NPP operator to State Fund according the Law No. 254/1994 Coll. was determined onlyon the base of decommissioning cost (the cost for spent fuel management was not considered – storage cost, deep disposal development) Seminar "Financing of back-end of peaceful use of nuclear energy"
