  3. Overview • Working on budget • After research and design, optimal designs have been chosen that meet safety and price criteria • Ready to start building/developing

  4. Completed Work • All designs have been determined • Base functionality and user interface of mobile app

  5. Project Review • The design phase of our project has been successful. • Specific parts have been designed and matching components have been found online. • Clearly, certain adjustments will need to be made as the build continues, especially considering the pulleys and rails are being manufactured in the machine shop.

  6. Budget Update • Parts Ordering is in progress. • The budget will exceed 1000 dollars, as the cost of the stairlift parts alone is exceeding 1000 dollars.

  7. Hours Worked • Samir Dahmani – 12 hours per week • NihitMody – 12 hours per week • Joe Wolanski – 12 hours per week
