  2. Why Fresher's are not getting a good job in digital marketing? It’s a very burning question for a newbie in digital marketing nowadays but very few are having answers to it. Fresher's are not only struggling to find a good job but in some cases they even struggle to get one. But why is this happening? To understand the exact reasons behind this, we have to go deep into the matter. If you look at the resume of any fresher in digital marketing, you will hardly find any substantial information related to the skill set and projects he/she has completed or assisted. This creates a negative impression in the minds of recruiters. Further, the little details they do mention on resume, they find it hard to justify that also. So, let’s find out what exactly a fresher is Or what kind of skill set a fresher is possessing. Then we look at the factors that inhibit any marketer to get a good job in the industry.

  3. A Fresher in Digital Marketing Any candidate who has just completed his/her course in digital marketing is termed as a fresher. A fresher candidate gets to learn Digital Marketing tools and technologies for the very first time. Generally institutes don’t provide relevant skills and practical knowledge to a candidate. Lack of professional attitude A fresher candidate generally doesn’t know what to do and how to do. Basically they lack attitude that is needed for a professional to work in the digital industry.

So, they find themselves in a completely new world when they are asked to work with the paid tools. Inability to form workable strategies Since a fresher candidate doesn’t have any prior implementation experience. Therefore, he/she lacks in forming workable marketing strategies also. In short they are not able to cope up with the level of strategy formation a company demands.

  7. Any way around? A fresher candidate needs to present some experience to a recruiter at the time of hiring. They can do it through some means. They can showcase their skill sets by implementing them on any project of theirs or of any relatives, friends etc. They can publish some content, get it indexed on search engines, share the links on social media and even run some paid ads campaigns to drive traffic to the site. Now the candidate will have something to show rather than just mere words on their resume. It is important to understand that recruiters hire you for what you can do, and not for what you know. Whenever you use this kind of strategy, you need to make it a strong case of your abilities. If you fail to do it then it will create more problems than the solutions for your goal.
