  1. ALICE-TRD ALICE-TRD status meeting, 25.4.2005 at KIP SupermoduleSpace-Frame IntegrationBackpanel L6C1, L0Bernd Windelband, Uni Heidelberg

  2. ALICE-TRD Fixation of SM in SF Design proposal from Münster by Wolfgang Fixation proposal from CERN by Diego Meeting on 12 th of April in Heidelberg Final decision and design ALICE-TRD Status Meeting, 25.4.2005 at KIP Bernd Windelband, Uni Heidelberg

  3. ALICE-TRD Fixation of SM in SF Design proposal from Münster by Wolfgang Fixation proposal from CERN by Diego Good compromise found Solution with clamped rail support more machine shop work but welding of additional parts into SF can be avoided ALICE-TRD Status Meeting, 25.4.2005 at KIP Bernd Windelband, Uni Heidelberg

  4. ALICE-TRD Design Work for SM Final Design of first „full size“ SM version at PI Victor Chepurnov to HD end of May until end of July -> Help in detailed design of SM Wolfgang Verhoeven from Münster -> interface SF SM (rail system) Stefan Hetzel PI (CAD group) -> design of cooling/bus bar units for SM -> at present: design of 2 units for L1C1 chamber ALICE-TRD Status Meeting, 25.4.2005 at KIP Bernd Windelband, Uni Heidelberg

  5. ALICE-TRD Production of L0 Backpanels Start of production: May 2nd -> L0C0 type, finished beginning of June -> L1C1 type, beg. June, finished mid July ALICE-TRD Status Meeting, 25.4.2005 at KIP Bernd Windelband, Uni Heidelberg

  6. ALICE-TRD Modification of L6C1 to L5C1Backpanels One panel has been prepared and shipped to FACC. -> reduction of width by 22mm each side -> cut off longitudinal ledges of Al-frame -> milling of HC core to provide space for new ledges -> glueing in new Al-ledge both sides -> filling HC along rim with glue -> machinig the rim to required thickness -> all in all about € 400.-/panel ALICE-TRD Status Meeting, 25.4.2005 at KIP Bernd Windelband, Uni Heidelberg
