Positioned for Integration • Implementation Plan in Place • Framework to support integration efforts is in place • Have a governance body in place • Renewal of Principal Legacy Systems Nearly Complete • (NIBRS) National Incident-Based Reporting System with case management capability at local and state level • Prosecutor Dialog System being implemented • (JIS) Justice Information System Case Management for Courts being implemented • (OPII) Offender Management Information System being implemented • (CHRS) Automated Criminal History Records System already completed • (MULESIII) Missouri Uniform Law Enforcement System in development with enhancements for NCIC compliance • Infrastructure is Positioned to Support Integration

Four Phases of Integration • Information Exchange Analysis • Interoperability standards • Information sharing standards • Define Exchange Conditions • Procedures for all sharing agencies • Logical business rules to reflect information exchanged between each agency • Demonstrate Feasibility of Information Sharing Using Proposed Interface Specifications • Transition Project from Implementation to Sustained Operations

  4. Measurable Results • Shorten the Window Required for Information Exchange • Interoperability Standards • Interoperability between and among state provided solutions • Interface for locally provided solutions • Alignment with National Initiatives
