  4. 2. Lavarele verdure.

  5. 3.Tagliare i pomodori a meta’ e con un cucchiaiolevare la polpa.

  7. 5. Con un cucchiaiomettereiltonnodentroi pomodori.

  8. 6.Tagliare carota e sedano a strisce e mettere in mezzo al pomodoro.
